Jack Ned Butler

Jackie Ned Butler, 87 was born in Tompkinsville, Kentucky on February 26, 1934 and went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 28, 2021. Survived by Connie his wife of 43 years, children: Mike (Nancy), Christie Stermon (Kent), grandchildren: Mark Butler (Ashley), Adam Butler, (Allison), Abbie Stermon, great grandchildren: Elliott, Finn, Grant, Sadie Jo and siblings: Nancy LaVell (David) Turner and Isaac Ed Butler and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Mark Kelley Butler and siblings: Trixie Nell Lamont, Alice Odell Francis, Dixie Bell Carter, John Tom Butler, Joe Fred Butler, George Eagle Butler, James Ted Butler and an infant brother William Med Butler.
Jackie was an avid Wildcat fan as he played football for the University of Kentucky. He spent many years in contracting work with his company, Jack Butler Construction. Prior to that he was a claims adjuster. His passion was gardening, he adored his family and he loved babies. He received and gave so much joy spending time with them. Jackie was light hearted and always had the ability to see the humor in most any situation.
A graveside service will be held on Tues, July 6th @ 10:00 AM at Oaklawn Cemetery.
