Andrew was born on September 27, 1986, to Mr. and Mrs. Paul Griffiths in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He grew up in northern Virginia, where he was a graduate of The Blue Ridge School in St. George, Virginia. Andrew moved to Jacksonville, Florida, to attend Jacksonville University where he was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity. He was a graduate of Jacksonville culinary school in Jacksonville, Florida, where he received his culinary degree.
Andrew loved all types of music. He played the guitar (both classical and electric) and mandolin and did some DJing. His hobbies included roller blading and crafting his own skateboards.
Andrew was a kind person who touched many of the people in his life. He leaves behind many family members and friends, as well as his loyal dog, Bizkit.
In lieu of flowers, Andrews family has asked to please consider a donation of canned goods or other nonperishable food items to a local Jacksonville or Jacksonville Beach food bank.
