Beulah F Kelly

Beulah (Boots) Flesher Kelly, 90, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on February 25th, 2017. We are incredibly saddened by the loss of her daily presence and we feel truly blessed for the impact of her love in our lives. Her spirit will remain in our hearts forever.
Boots was the beloved wife of Charles Ray Kelly for 64 years and the mother of two daughters Linda Utterback of Atlanta, GA, and Colleen Stickeler and husband Carl of Valrico, FL; a sister of June Davis and sister-in-law of J.C. Davis of Atlanta, GA; a grandmother of one granddaughter, Kelly Tallman, that is predeceased, and five grandsons, Chuck Utterback and wife Kelley of Milton, GA, Jim Utterback of Cumming, GA, Chris Crehore and wife Lisa of Newberry, FL, Tony Stickeler and wife Chelsee of Alexandria, VA, and Nick Stickeler and wife Nikki of Saint Petersburg, FL; a great-grandmother to nine great grandchildren and a great, great grandmother to four great great grandchildren.
Boots was born January 10th, 1927 in Jacksonville, FL, and went to Landon High School, class of 1945. She retired from Southern Bell Telephone Company in 1981 and was a member of First Baptist Church of Jacksonville since 1960. After her husband’s passing in 2010, Boots moved to Atlanta, GA in April of 2012 to live with daughter, Linda. In July 2013, A.G. Rhodes became her residence until her passing. In addition to loving her Lord, her husband and family, she also loved and was grateful for the wonderful care she received from the staff at A.G. Rhodes.
All of Boots' family wants to personally thank each and every one for the demonstrations of love and support bestowed upon our entire family during this difficult time.
The family will receive friends for visitation and viewing at Naugle Funeral Home located at 1203 Hendricks Avenue, Jacksonville, FL on Friday, March 3rd, from 5 to 7 p.m.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 4th, at 1:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Hobson Auditorium located at 124 W. Ashley Street, Jacksonville, FL. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. Boot’s nephew, Dr. Clayton Davis and niece, Chaplain Janet Speer, will preside over the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to A.G. Rhodes, Wesley Woods, 1819 Clifton Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30329, in memory of Boots Kelly.
