It is with great sadness that the family of Billie Jean Starr Husk announce her passing. On July 27, 2021 at the age of 70, Billie passed away with her children by her side. Billie was born on July 29, 1950 in Atlanta, Georgia. Her parents were William Eugene Starr and Mary Elizabeth Lauderdale. When Billie was a child, she moved to Wayne, New Jersey. Billie met the love of her life and married Richard Lawrence Husk. Raised their two children, Nicole (Gino) Lebleboojian and Richard John Husk, together in Clifton, New Jersey. In 1998, she became a grandmother. 17 years and five more grandchildren later, she retired from Property Management and sold her own business, Buds For You. Billie and Richard moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2015, where Billie received her Real Estate License and pursued another career as a Real Estate Agent doing what made her happy; meeting new people and helping others.
Billie couldn't pass a stranger without exchanging a friendly smile or a hello. If you were lucky enough to have crossed paths with Billie, your life was changed forever. She left an everlasting place in your heart. She leaves behind so many friends and family members that will always feel that missing piece without her.
Billie will lovingly be remembered by her sisters; Barbara Garofalo, Deborah Ratajczak, George Ratajczak (spouse of Deborah), Billie's sister-in-law Elizabeth Bell and her husband Kevin Bell.

Billie has several nieces and nephews and many cousins that will all truly miss her daily advice, vibrant soul, and contagious smile.

Family was always Billie's greatest accomplishment:
Stosh Fila, very loved by Billie.
Billie's son, Richard John Husk and his wife, Dana Husk, their four children; Samantha, Elizabeth, Avalynn, and Jameson.
Billie's daughter, Nicole (Gino) Lebleboojian, and her husband, John Lebleboojian, their children; Hannah and Emma will continue honoring her through the lessons she has taught them.
Billie was always so proud of her six grandchildren and loved nothing more than spending time with them.
They will forever miss their Ninja Nana.

Billie wishes to be cremated and a celebration of Billie's life will be held on a later date to be determined. As for now, may she Rest In Peace with the love of her life.
