Caroline Charlotte VanKouwenberg, 85, Jacksonville, FL passed away March 15 2018. Born in Philadelphia, Pa in April 1932 where she lived until moving family to Palmyra, NJ for most of her life. Caroline moved to Florida in 1982 to enjoy the warmer weather. She worked as a Law enforcement dispatcher for the Palmyra Police Dept, then an ambulance dispatcher in Florida.

Preceded in death by her husband Mike VanKouwenberg, and sister Betty Dunn.
She is survived by son Robert (spouse Selene) & daughter Kathleen (spouse Geno) .
Grandchildren Trisha, April, Stephanie, Samatha and Ashley.
Greatgrandchildren Patrick, Marianne, Kelsey, Noah, Cheyenne and Gage.
along with many friends and family across Jacksonville, Philadelphia and Palmyra.
A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 11am at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 6317 103rd Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32210.
