Charles Robert Conway

Charles Robert Conway, affectionately known as "Bobby" in his youth and later as "Charlie" in adulthood, passed away on November 30, 2024, at the age of 88. He was born on April 18, 1936, in Penny Farms, Florida, the sixth of seven children to D.P. and Annie Conway. To his many nieces and nephews, he was lovingly called "Uncle Bobby" and Uncle "Charlie."

Charles worked in real estate before transitioning into a successful career as an insurance agent with the Sam Maxwell Insurance Agency, where he worked until his retirement. 

A man of many interests, Charles enjoyed watching sports, especially football and baseball. He also Had a passion for bowling, golfing, playing cards, and solving puzzles. An avid reader, he appreciated the joy of learning and the quiet moments books provided. He was well-loved and respected by his family, who cherished his warmth, humor, and unwavering kindness.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents D.P. and Annie Conway, as well as his three brothers and three sisters. He is survived by seven nieces, five nephews, and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews who will carry his memory and legacy forward.

Charles will be deeply missed by all who knew him and remembered for the love and light he brought into their lives.
