Christopher Adam Bembry of La Feria, Texas passed away on June 25 at the age of 26. He was born September 15, 1990 in Jacksonville, Florida. Chris was predeceased in death by his mother, Sherry Elaine Bembry. He is survived by his wife, Damiane Bembry: daughter, Nella Zaelee Bembry (Virginia); son, Noah Adam Bentley Bembry (Virginia); son, Michael Abel Bembry (Texas); Father, Jimmy Bembry and wife, Brenda (Tennessee); sister, Courtney Danielle Bembry (Jacksonville); brother, Michael Mercer (Jacksonville); brother and sister-in-law, Jonathan and Becca Bembry (Tennessee); grandmother, Ann Fillingim (Jacksonville); his high school sweetheart, his first wife and the mother of Noah and Nella, Brandy Bembry; several aunts and uncles and many cousins.
He is a graduate of Patrick County High School, where he received many sports accomplishments in wrestling, football, and track. After graduating from high school in Virginia, Chris joined the US Army and served in Active Duty stationed at JBLM in the state of Washington. Chris excelled in everything he did in life, always wanted to be the very best. He reached the rank of Sergeant in the Army and was pursuing a career in Law Enforcement when he passed away while participating in a police agility test in Texas.
