David Norman Thompson, Jr

David Norman Thompson, Jr., 66, passed away unexpectedly on June 3, 2020. He was born on August 14, 1953 in Norfolk, Virginia to parents, Carolyn Coleman Thompson and Dr. David Norman Thompson, Sr. David resided most of his life in Jacksonville, Florida. He is survived by his sister, Cynthia Thompson Reisdorff, Englewood, Colorado and his brother Fredrick B. Thompson, Jacksonville, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents. David graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and pursued employment in various fields over the years. He loved to travel nationally and internationally. He enjoyed music and sports. David was a kind and generous person with quick humor who will be dearly missed.
