On the evening of October 25th, 2015, Debbie Perron Smith passed away at the age of 58 at UF Health of Jacksonville, FL as a result of natural causes. A memorial service will be held for her at The Ramona Pavilion, located at 7166 Ramona Blvd. Jacksonville FL 32205. Services will begin at 1pm on Friday October 30, 2015. Debbie was born in the City of Jacksonville, FL on September 28th, 1957. She has survived by her partner Billy Tubberville, as well as her children Dennis Perron, and Jennifer Gersley (Gary). Debbie was adored by many including her many grand children, as well as great grand children and will be deeply missed by many.
