Born Deborah Catherine Bell to father John R. Bell Jr. and mother Gladys Teresa Muncey on Wednesday May 18, 1955 passed away Thursday March 7, 2019 after giving 63 years of love, joy, excitement, lessons, and tears to everyone on this Earth.
She is survived by her son Douglas Doane, her sister Dawna Christine Manlick (Christy), and her brother John R. Bell III (Skip).
Debby served in the United States Navy, which took her up and down the east coast of America, to Bermuda where she had a plethora of fond times. She took to a path that landed her in Florida. Clay county is where she lived more than thirty years until complications from the flu took her this March.
Throughout her life Debby loved to live! Some of her favorite reoccurring moments in life were seeing loved ones, Christmas, Halloween, football, tail gaiting, partying, dancing, music, and shopping for anything she wanted or wanted for you just to name a few.
As she passes to the next, she leaves behind a great number of family and friends that will miss her beyond what words can express.
