Eva Garza Castillo

Eva Garza Castillo came to rest in Jacksonville on December 5, 2016. She would frequent Florida often to relax from the fast paced life that she grew to love in Las Vegas where she resided for 33 years. She was born in Kennedy Texas where she was the youngest of eleven siblings born to Alejandro and Jovita Garza. She spent her childhood in Beeville Texas, then later moved to Corpus Christi Texas where she married twice, First to Lawrence Cano Jr. then later to Felix Castillo Jr. and raised five children of her own and many grandchildren.
She always made sure that we had everything that we needed and that we were all loved the same. She would always give unconditionally, and never made us feel like we ever went without. To some she was Mom, others she was grandma, others knew her as Momo, regardless she loved us all.

She is survived by her Children, Reba, Norma, Lawrence, Sandra (Husband Daniel) and Felix (Wife Andrea); Grandchildren, Joe (Wife Tammy), Joey, Angela (Husband Breon), Mario, Valerie (Husband Lee), Lil Lawrence (Wife Cynthia), Jade, Brendan, Breanna; and Great Grandchildren, Miranda, Savonnie, Xavier, Lil Mario, Cataleya, Andrew, Aleesia, Savannah, Alfredo, Timothy Lee, Clinton, & Alessandra
