Franklin Wallace Dunahoe died peacefully December 28, 2018. He was predeceased by his wife, Susan. Frank will be missed by his children Jessica (Robert) James and Joel (Kim) Dunahoe; his granddaughters, Caroline James, Gillian Dunahoe, and Emma Dunahoe; his little old dog Kurt, and many longtime friends who loved him dearly.
Frank was born in Johnsonville, South Carolina in 1933. Shortly out of college, he moved to New York City to begin his employment with Delta Airlines. He then was transferred to the Jacksonville, FL reservations office where he remained for 34 years. He continued to work and volunteer at a variety of companies for several years after his retirement.
Frank was a member of South Jacksonville Presbyterian Church as well as a former member of the choir. A memorial service will be held there on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 11 AM -

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to ANY local animal shelter of your choosing, the Jacksonville Humane Society or the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
