Grover Todd Gray

Grover T Gray, born on March 18, 1950 in Jacksonville, Florida, to the late Mable Lee Gray and the late Rev. W. Anthony Gray, passed away at age 68 on July 20, 2018 at Hospice of the Comforter in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Although Grover graduated from the University of North Florida in 1973, he was an avid Florida State Seminoles Fan along with his brother Gary, niece Wyndee Leigh and many high school and college friends. Grover served in the Marine Corps Reserve in 1969 and worked for Winn Dixie Stores in Pompano Beach and Orlando FL and for EF Hutton in the 1980.s for the last 15 years he was owner and operator of G&S Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. until he retired in 2017. Grover was the beloved husband of Suzette Gray. In addition to his deceased parents he was preceded in death by his brother Gary S Gray, Jacksonville, FL. Grover is survived by his son, Randy Gray, Orlando, FL; sister, Mable Lee Quina (Peyton) Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Joshua Gray and Noah Gray both of Orlando, FL; and niece, Wyndee Leigh Gray of Huntington Beach, CA. He also leaves behind his dog, Maggie who now has no one to sneak her snacks while Mom is at work. He also leaves behind many friends and extended family that will miss his argumentative spirit. Friends and family can pay their respects at the celebration of life on Sunday, July 29 at 2:00 p.m. at People of Faith Lutheran Church, 220 Windermere Road, Winter Garden, Florida, 34787. A private service for the internment of ashes will be held at a later date in Jacksonville, FL.
