Jane Catherine Langer Filipkowski

Jane Catherine Langer Filipkowski (72), formally of Erie, PA passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 26 with family around her. She is happy to be joining her husband, Richard (Dick), and their dog, Maurice. Jane lived life and ran several small business in Jacksonville. She was an extremely independent, loving, caring, fair person and also had a beautiful heart. She impacted many lives during her 50 plus years of living in Jacksonville. She raised 4 boys and had 5 grandsons and has a 7 year old great granddaughter. In the end, her biggest concern was her "family & close friends," and what she wanted most was "peace." She is now at peace with the Lord. She will be missed by all those who lives she has touched.

It was her wish to not have a funeral or memorial. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida would be appreciated.
