Jeffrey Alan Chamblin was born September 26, 1972 and passed June 25, 2020 in Jacksonville. He is survived by his beloved son, Joshua Shimelise Chamblin, his mother Carol, father Minor, sister Melinda and brother Steve. He will be missed by many other relatives and friends.
He proudly served his country in the United States Army as a medic in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery with only immediate family attending. A service to celebrate Jeff's life will be held at Riverside Presbyterian Church at a later date.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a contribution in Jeff's memory be made to The Wounded Warrior Project or the charity of your choice.
