Finney, Jessie Mae, 93, passed away on Saturday February 11, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness.She's survived by one son Douglas Duff, daughter Melba Kennedy-Osborne, and 7 grandchildren, and 15 great grand children. A memorial service will be held at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall located at 5135 College St., Jacksonville Fl on Saturday February 18, 2017 at 11:30 am.
