age 69, of Jacksonville, Fl went to be with the Lord on Monday,May 4,2015.Born on June 27,1945 in Ghilchrist county Fl. He was the son of the late Jim Bruce and Lucille Osteen.
He was a HUGE Florida Gator fan and a big fan of Dale Earnhardt Sr.He enjoyed going over to his brother's (Boarhog)to make sausage and enjoyed even more eating it!He was a long time manager of Sonny's BBQ and loved to cater parties.
Jimmie, was a Brother,Father,Uncle, Grandfather and Greatgrandfather and a friend to many.He will be greatly missed but, the memories of time with him will be cherished forever!
He is survived by his son, David Bruce and wife Diana. Son, Bubba and wife Heather. Daughter Diane Bruce Bair(with the Lord) Daughter, Kayla Bruce. Eight Grandchildren, David Jr, Jessica, Joshua, Samantha, Brice, Dillon,Madelynn Alexis. Five Greatgrand children.Also survived by his sibling's Ermon (Boarhog), Helen Hines.
***A celebration of Life will be held at the Golden Corral Restaurant, 7251 W Colonial Dr. Orlando 32818 at 12:00pm on Saturday May 30th, 2015. Anyone is welcome to come and celebrate Jimmie's life and join in with stories and memories of time's together.
