Beloved husband, dad and grandfather, John Guy Fernandez (Papa), 81 of Jacksonville, Florida passed away peacefully on Monday, May 23, 2022, in Jacksonville, Florida. He will be greatly missed by his family.
John was born in Eagle, West Virginia to Jose Vicente' Fernandez and Julia Constance Landers Fernandez.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Fernandez; father, Jose Vicente' Fernandez and mother, Julia Constance Landers Fernandez; his sisters, Josephine Louise Byrd, Mary Elizabeth Kimbler, Rosa Lolita Peters; his brothers, Joseph George Fernandez, Tony Bays Fernandez, and his beloved son, John A. Fernandez.
John is survived by his daughter, Nicole Seymour and son-in-law, William Seymour, his grandson's Cody Fernandez and Nicholas Seymour and granddaughter, Chloe Seymour and his sister, Julia Ann Mullis.
