John Clarence Mast

John Clarence Mast passed away peacefully Saturday January 4, 2014. He was loved by many and will be missed immeasurably. He is leaves behind his son, Johnathan Christopher Mast, daughter in law Nancy Weldon Mast, grandchildren Gabriel Mast, Hannah Mast, Shelby Smith and Gracie Smith. His brother Butch Mast and sisters Becky Riggs and Patty Mast. He also leaves behind many, many very close friends. He was predeceased by his parents Ted and Helen Mast and his daughter Laura Marie Smith. John loved life and all of the people he met along the way and they loved him as well. For many, life will never be the same. A celebration of John's life will be held on Saturday, January 25th from 2-5pm at The Rooster located at 12661 Phillips Hwy, Jacksonville FL 32256. For anyone interested, there will also be a motorcycle ride in memory of John at 12:00pm. It starts at The Rooster and ends at The Rooster - 1 lap around Jacksonville - approximately 80 miles on I-295. In Lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to John's memorial fund.
