John Andrew Morgan, 70, of Jacksonville, FL passed away May 19, 2014. John was born in New York City, NY to the parents of Constance A. Sullivan and Richard P. Morgan. John graduated from Red Bank Catholic High School, and received his degree in Government, and Masters in Elementary Education from Jacksonville University. John was married to Vicky J. Hollows on May 24, 1980.
John spent many years working for The Bolles School in various positions, including Director of Athletics and Head Football Coach, which led him to several other schools for over thirty years. John’s passion was teaching and coaching. He left a profound impact on all he taught and coached.
John is survived by his wife, Vicky, his three children Josh (Jessica), Alissa (Reed), Taylor, and grandson, Andrew.
A Memorial Service will be held at Naugle Funeral Home in Jacksonville, FL on Saturday, May 24, 2014 from 10am-1pm.
