On Saturday April 3, 2021, Sergeant First Class (Retired) John F. Rego Jr, a loving husband and father passed away at the age of 64.
John was born in Santa Cruz, California. At the age of seventeen, John enlisted in the United States Army, where he proudly served for 21 years and achieved the rank of Sergeant First Class. During his career in the military, he received numerous awards and accolades.
In May 1994, John married his loving wife Maureen and together they raised two beautiful children, John and Krystiana. John had a passion for sports and loved to coach his children's teams. He was always known for his powerful voice and kind spirit.

He is survived by his wife Maureen, his four children Krystiana, John III, Adam, and Benjamin, his mother Catherine (Silva), his brother Larry Rego and sister Linda Albornez.
