Mrs. Joy Pauline Kidd, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on May 8, 2024, at the age of 76. Born on February 12, 1948, in Sarasota, FL, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Elsie Westberry.
Mrs. Kidd dedicated her life to education, working as an Educational Administrative Assistant for many years. She was known for her unwavering commitment to her work and her kindhearted nature that touched the lives of countless students and colleagues.
In her personal life, Mrs. Kidd found joy and happiness in her marriage to her beloved husband, Jim Kidd. Together, they shared 54 wonderful years, filled with love and laughter. Although widowed, their deep bond will forever be cherished.
Mrs. Kidd was also a caring and devoted mother. She was preceded in death by her son, "Sam" Kidd. She is survived by her son Waylon Kidd, who will carry her memory in his heart. Additionally, she leaves behind her cherished grandson, Kyle Kidd, who brought immense joy to her life.
Throughout her life, Mrs. Joy Pauline Kidd exuded warmth and kindness, leaving a lasting impact on everyone she met. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
A memorial service will be held to honor Mrs. Kidd's life and legacy.

A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 in Ridge Lawn Cemetery in Clewiston, Florida
