He is survived by his wife, Barbara Whitworth of Jacksonville, Florida; sisters, Mary Sheldon and Brenda Whitworth; sister-in-laws, Carolyn Bell and Diana Otto; brother-in-law, Michael Jelski; nieces, Tabitha Otto, Samantha Otto, Sabryna Otto, Salena Whitworth, Debrah Berger, Stacy Cook and Melodie DeCaire; nephew, John Debrowski.
He was predeceased by his parents, James and Agnes Whitworth and brothers, Michael Whitworth, Thomas Whitworth and sister Judith Whitworth.
