Kerri Marie Masley

Kerri Marie Masley, age 55, passed away October 2, 2018. She was born May 16, 1963 in Streator IL to Richard and Janet Masley. Survivors include her parents, brother, Todd Masley of St Augustine FL, a sister-in-law Cindy Masley, and two nephews, John Masley of Jacksonville Beach FL and Greg Masley, of Boca Raton FL. She was the granddaughter of the former John and Mary Masley of Streator, IL and Marie Lucus, of Streator, IL.
She spent the last 1 1/2 years living in Asheville, NC, a place she truly loved. Kerri adored the four seasons, especially fall. Crisp morning walks, apple picking and Christmas cookie making were a few of her favorites. Baking and sharing her treats brought her great joy. Kerri had a wonderful positive outlook on life and an infectious smile. She was loved by family, friends and co-workers.
Kerri was the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility Programs and Evaluation at Florida Blue; she worked at Florida Blue for over 17 years. Kerri had great wit, intelligence, sense of commitment and a passion for making a difference in the lives of those in need. Kerri was dedicated to health literacy because it was her belief that everyone should know how to navigate through the health care system. Kerri has taught us all something about caring, hard work, loving life, and happiness.
