Kim Kathryne Fleming

Kim Kathryne Fleming died peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Community Hospice on October 20, 2022. The daughter of Donald Gilliamsen,USN and Raye Schreyer Gilliamsen, Kim was born in Bath, Maine where her father was stationed in 1957. Kim lived in many cities growing up, but made her home and career in Jacksonville. Kim is survived by her husband of 32 years, Neil D. Fleming , her daughters, Kathryne Jane and Virginia Raye Fleming and her sisters Abby Gilliamsen and Lissa Nappier. Kim was an Administrative Reports Clerk for BellSouth Advertising & Publishing retiring after 30 years of service and devoted her time caring for her family and her beloved animals. Kim had many health issues this year, but she fought them with tenacity and faith. She will be remembered as a loving wife, a good mother, a loyal friend and a great sister. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday morning, November 5th at 10:00am at Lakewood Presbyterian Church, 2001 University Blvd. West, Jacksonville, FL 32217. In lieu of flowers, please consider bringing to the church a donation to UCOM Food Bank in the way of non-perishable food items or consider a donation to Community Hospice, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257
