Kim Luffberry

Kim Jefford Luffberry, aged 75, passed away peacefully and surrounded with love on December 18, 2023. He was born on April 29, 1948, in Philadelphia, PA, to Pastor Henry and Gladys Luffberry. A 25-year resident of Jacksonville, Grandpop Kim, was a loving member of the Shepherd of the Woods congregation and loved hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by siblings, Randy Luffberry (Dianna) and Crystal Luffberry (Daniel Doane), his son, Michael Dexter (Laura Evers), stepdaughter, Jacqueline Machado (Daniel), grandchildren, Amelia and Dylan, and nieces, Michelle, Danielle & Kymberly and grandniece and grandnephews. He will be loved forever and ever and is greatly missed by all who were blessed to know him. A memorial service to celebrate Kim's life will be held at Shepherd of the Woods Lutheran Church on January 6, 2024, at 11:00 am with a fellowship lunch following. All are invited to attend. For those unable to attend in person, a remote option will be made available and posted on the obituary site the day before the service.
