Lance Michael Hoffman I

Lance Michael Hoffman I, 59, of Jacksonville passed away on October 31, 2015. Born to Robert Lawrence Hoffman I and Mary Louise Conord in 1956. He graduated from University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Physics (Class of 1979) and later a Master of Education from University of North Florida. He enjoyed a long career in science education, teaching at Stanton College Preparatory School and Paxon School for Advanced Studies. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Joy Darlene Skinner, and his three children Lance Michael Hoffman II, David Paul Hoffman, and Rachel DeRay née Hoffman. Other survivors include his six grandchildren: Sebastian, Lance, Mona, Paul, Mary, and Oliver; his brother, William Albert (Dutch); his mother, Mary Louise; and many other family and friends.
