Laura Lillian Starling

Laura Lillian Starling, 85, a long-time Jacksonville resident, died peacefully February 19, 2016. Born October 11, 1930 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Laura was retired from AAA of Jacksonville. She enjoyed socializing, card games, Bible studies, flowers, music and laughter. She is survived by the family she was so proud of: son Daniel Gary Starling (Nancy), daughter Lisa Graham (William), daughter Melanie Starling (Ray Harrell), grandsons Nathan Starling, Hayden Graham, Gavin Graham, and a host of loving family and dear friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Edwin Daniel Starling, whom she married February 26, 1949. Laura was devoted to family and friends. She was a force of life for those who knew her, and will always be in our hearts.
Memorial service will be held 11 a.m. on February 24, 2016 at Glynlea Grace United Methodist Church 6429 Atlantic Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32211.
