Lois H. Anderson, 88, passed away peacefully at her home in Jacksonville, Florida on February 5, 2015. A native of Chicago, Illinois, she also resided in Atkinson, Illinois and Columbus Junction, Iowa. Her unique career included telephone operator, bookkeeper, farmer, weigh mistress, legal abstractor, and antique dealer. She had a life-long love of music, puzzles, and animals, particularly birds. Married to loving husbands (deceased),WWII veteran and policeman, Bernard Puschak, and Pearl Harbor survivor and cattle buyer, John Anderson, her spirit will be cherished by her children, Eileen Harrell, David Puschak, and Ellen Sullivan; son-in-law Rod Sullivan; daughter-in-law Bernice Puschak; grandchildren Brendan and Jacqueline Sullivan; and, loving relatives and friends.
