Lynne R Kelsey, of Jacksonville, FL died Wednesday, May 18, 2017 in her home.
She was born on August 20, 1950, in Quincy, MA, the daughter of George and Ruth Rich. Mrs. Kelsey had been retired since 1995 when she moved to Nova, OH with her husband, Paul C Kelsey. Mrs. Kelsey relocated to Jacksonville, FL in April 2010 after the passing of her husband to be united with her two sons, Derek and Keith. On June 20, 1970, she married Paul Kelsey, whom she now joins in Heaven. Surviving are her two sons, Derek and Keith, both of Jacksonville, FL; 5 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Steve and Wayne Rich; 2 sisters Stacy Rich and Gail Gardner; a brother-in-law, Robert Kelsey; and a sister-in-law, Karen McClain.
