Marco Antonio Omeechevarria
October 22, 1922 — August 12, 2019
Marco Omeechevarria went home to Jesus on August 12, 2019 after a brief illness at the age of 96. He became a proud naturalized US citizen in 1972. A diligent worker his entire life, he remained employed long after retirement age. A generous and compassionate man, Marco was a loving and supportive husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He is survived by his devoted wife of 74 years, Liduvina Omeechevarria, and one son, George Omeechevarria. He was a wonderful "Papa O" to two granddaughters and three great-grandchildren who were the lights of his life. Many extended family members and friends will miss him and his smile.
A private graveside service will be held with the family.
