Marjorie Roberts Conolly

CONOLLY, Marjorie Howell Roberts, 82, passed away February 13, 2017 with her son and daughter by her side at her home in Charleston, SC. She was born August 29, 1934 in Jacksonville to T. S. Roberts, Jr. and Marjorie Howell Roberts Frazier. She attended West Riverside Elementary, Holton Arms School, and Vassar College, and made Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach her home for many, many years. Oh, how she loved the ocean. While the first half of her adult life was dedicated to family and service work, and later real estate sales, she and Bob enjoyed a carefree life in Sawgrass and traveled many parts of the world for the second half. Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Robert D. Bob Conolly, and is survived by her children Robert C. Rob Conolly of Jacksonville and Marjorie Missy Conolly Marable (John) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; her sister Frances Brown (George) and brother T. S. Roberts III (Lark) of Ponte Vedra Beach; and grandchildren Marjorie Marable, Margaret Conolly, Davis Conolly, Melissa Marable and Mary Katheryn Marable; and her companion Sunshine.
