Mary Katherine Sofge-Sandberg
November 14, 1924 — February 21, 2015
Mary Katherine Sofge-Sandberg, 90, joined her late husband Frederic O. Sandberg in heaven, Saturday February 21st. A Jacksonville native, she is survived by five children many grandchildren and even a few great grandchildren. Mary asked for donations to be made to the Jacksonville Maritime Heritage Center in her name, which she helped found over 30 years ago. She is remembered by many.
