Michaela Ann Barclay
December 12, 1985 — August 18, 2020
Michaela Ann (Barclay)Pulliam passed away Tuesday, August 18th, at her home at the age of 34.
Her strong will to overcome obstacles she faced helped her fight the demons of addiction to become a strong, loving mother, sister, and wife. Though their relationship was not perfect- none are- Michaela and Chris worked together to make a good life for their family. She had a beautiful soul and will be remembered for her tenacity and generous love of her family. She had many life long friends that became family and had recently reconnected with her father. So many of her loved ones were incredibly proud of her for her accomplishments and overcoming the struggles Michaela had found a love for her job at Dollar General and worked her way to management during her time there. She genuinely loved her job and her coworkers and customers. When she was not working, she could be found with her children and supporting her husband in his many adventures, from cars to photography.
Michaela is survived by her husband, Christopher Pulliam, sons, Dylan Barclay, 15, Nathaniel Pulliam, 13, and Andrew Pulliam, 3, and sister Caitlyn Swanson,17, all of the home, her father, and many loved ones. She is preceded in death by her mother, Cynthia Swanson, and her grandparents. The family would like to thank everyone for their loving support during this difficult time.
A memorial service for Michaela will be held at 6 pm, Friday, August 28th, at Journey Church 6225 Lake Gray Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32244.
