Miguel Colon was born in St Croix. He is survived by his wife Andrea Colon, sons Joel Colon, and Miguel Colon Jr., and daughter Damaris Puschaver, son-in-law Michael J. Puschaver, as well as grandaughter Maleah Sarahi Colon, and abundance of neices and nephews. Miguel is one of 12 children to Lucia Espinosa Colon and Martin Colon. He was loved by his family and the Cruzan people.
Miguel wore many hats in life, he was a farmer and part of the St. Croix Agriculture association, a certified welder, Stone Mason, and landscaper. He was known for having "the best in town and all around" for local produce. He loved the land and the sea. Miguel's work could be found along the royal palms he nurtured from young; in the Danish bricks laid and repurposed as historical semblance around St. Croix. He was a true humanitarian and often helped the homeless, even if was his last. Miguel gave everyone comfort in the lord's teaching by spreading the word of our God. Miguel Colon loved animals and everything that is naturally bound. Most of all, Miguel Colon was a loving husband, and a legend to his three children, because he was one of a kind. He will be missed and always loved, and never forgotten.
