Patricia Joan Bascara

Patricia Guinn Bascara, 74, after a brief illness, passed from death unto life on Friday, August 25, 2017. She was retired from Civil Service with Department of U.S. Navy, Weapons Division, Cecil Field, Florida. Preceded in death, her husband of 17 years, Ben Merla Bascara. She is survived by her loving family; step-daughter, Gracia Worsowicz (John), three grandchildren, Dominic, Matthew and Jenna; Sister, Gale Harvey and two nieces who were her only children, Debbie Taylor (Larry) and Darlene McKibben (Johnny); Great nephews, Sheldan Taylor, Shon Taylor (Sara) and Shea Taylor (Amanda). Great nieces, Ashley Nieves (Jeremy), Lindsay Church (Jonathan), Brittany North (Kevin) and Kimberly Mckibben. Five great, great nephews; Chandler Nieves, Andrew and Micah Taylor, Oliver North and Ethan Church.
Pat was a very out-going, loving person who never met a stranger, and that love was reciprocated. She was everyone's favorite "Aunt Pat". She will be deeply missed.
Services will be held at 11 a.m., on Friday, September 1, 2017 at Hendricks Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Jonathan Church officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 p.m. on August 31, 2017 at Naugle Funeral Home, 1203 Hendricks Ave .
