Paul Samuel Johnson

Paul Johnson, "PJ", 63 of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Friday, February 23, 2018. Paul is survived by his mother, Eva Johnson, his 2 sisters, Mozelle Byrts, Peggy Pitts and 2 brothers, JD Johnson, John Johnson, his 2 sons, Lavelle Johnson, Aaron Johnson (Vanity) and 1 Daughter, Shavonne Teal (Chris) his 3 grandsons, Treyvon Johnson, Lorenzo Johnson, Isiah Teal, his former wife, Arlette Johnson, great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, in laws and many friends. He served in the Navy for 6 years and then began a career with the Naval Aviation Depot as an electroplater in Norfolk, Virginia. He retired from the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, Florida in 2010. Paul, also known as "Crab" amongst his friends in Alabama, enjoyed playing sports and watching his beloved Crimson Tide and the Chicago Bears. Services will be held on Monday March 5, 2018 at 1:30 pm at Jacksonville National Cemetery 4083 Lannie Road Jacksonville, Florida 32218. Repast immediately following the service at the home of Chris & Shavonne Teal 8220 Barracuda Road Jacksonville, Florida 32244 Arrangements under the care of Naugle Funeral Home and Cremation Services .
