passed away on 9-9-17 in Jacksonville, FL at the age of 95
Paulina is survived by her children Patricia (Patty) McNeil and Terrence (Terry) Billington, grandchildren Brittany McNeil and Duane Billington, and great grandchild, Tylynn Billington.
She is survived by her sisters Erna Bilinski, Pearl Knight, and brother Nick Shpeley of Toronto Canada.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Billington.
Paulina was born on March 4, 1922 in Springside, Saskatchewan, Canada. She was an adventurer having lived in numerous places such as Regina, Toronto, Bermuda, Miami, New York, and finally settling in Jacksonville FL. She was a skilled published designer of crochet and knitting patterns and creator of the "looper" with numerous patterns published in Herrschner's craft magazine. She loved fishing and being close to the water. She loved her children and grandchildren and was a loyal friend. She will be sorely missed by all who loved and knew her.
