Richard "RJ" Mathison Jr. passed away at Community Hospice in Jacksonville, Florida, on Wednesday, October 16, 2019, at the age of 54 after a long illness. He is predeceased by his loving parents, Richard and Eleanor Mathison, and is survived by his beloved wife, Rhonda of 14 years. He is lovingly remembered by his sister Holley Guarachi and brother Mark Mathison, and his step-daughter Ashley Carver and grandson Maze.
