Robert E Tadej Jr. (Bob) age 53 of Orange Park, FL passed away at home on May 27, 2019.
Senior Chief Robert Tadej retired after 26 years of honorable service in the Navy as (SW/AW) Damage Controlman. His outstanding achievements, leadership, and relentless pursuit for excellence over two decades show the standard bearer that he became for the military- retiring as Command Master Chief of Naval Station Great Lakes. He showed great dedication to his service, his sailors, and his family until his discharge 30 June 2010. He continued to pursue his dream to "play with trains' and worked with CSX as a Conductor for 7 years until his passing.
He is survived by his wife Donna Tadej, daughter Leslie Tadej, stepson Andrew Gorney, and stepdaughter Karissa Koesling. He had numerous siblings, nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Also his Uncle Jerry and Aunt Kim Tadej whom he enjoyed spending time with. Preceded in death by his father Robert Tadej, Sr, his son Joseph (Joey) Tadej and stepson Casey Koesling.

Cremation arrangements were under the care of Naugle Funeral Home & Cremation, 1203 Hendricks Avenue, Jacksonville, Fl 32207.

Burial will be on June 11, 2019 at 1:30 pm at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery 20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421
