Roberta Ann Phillips

Roberta Ann Phillips (Robbie), 74 passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2017 after a lengthy illness, in Jacksonville, Florida. Roberta was a Registered Nurse and later Director of Nurses at facilities in Jacksonville and Chicago. She loves ballooning, flying single engine planes and listening to great music. She is survived by two sisters, Wanda Butler and Cheryl McDowell, numerous nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly. Memorial services will be 6 PM, Monday, December 4, 2017 at Naugle Funeral Home.
