Roberto Argamoza Diaz

Roberto Argamoza Diaz, age 72, passed away peacefully on
Saturday, July 30, 2016 at Arbor Terrace Ortega after a long battle with Alzheimer’s and other medical complications. He was born on September 16, 1943 in Dinalupihan, Bataan, Philippines.
Mr. Diaz is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Isabel Diaz, two children: Robbie Diaz and Michael Diaz, two siblings: Violeta Diaz, and Bonaparte Diaz as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Apolonio Diaz and Feliza Diaz, and sister Ligaya Diaz Visita.
A veteran of the Vietnam War, Roberto served 20 years in the Navy before retiring. He then returned to serve an additional 16 years as a jet mechanic for NADEP. His joys in life were simple. He was a caring father and loved spending time with his family. One of his favorite pastimes was watching and rooting for the Jaguars with family and friends. He enjoyed the company of his loving wife, going for long walks in the park, watching movies, and going out to restaurants. He was also a devout Catholic and active parishioner of St. Matthew’s Church. He was beloved by his family, friends, and extended family at Arbor Terrace Ortega. His influence will forever remain in the lives and hearts of all that knew him.
