On February 18, 2023, Sandra Westbrook Peters Bartlette peacefully departed this life in Jacksonville, Florida where she lived the majority of her life.
Sandra was the loving Mother of Stephen Lee Peters (deceased), Gary Scott Peters, and Janet Lynne Peters (deceased).
She was born June 7, 1941, to Gaston and Faye Thomas Westbrook in Atlanta, Texas.
Sandra is survived by two special grandchildren, Christopher Lee Peters and Stephany Lynne Peters. Two sisters, Jean Westbrook Gatti (Robert Hal Gatti) and Sharon Westbrook Maples (Billy Don Maples, deceased) and her devoted daughter-in-law Candace Peters.
Sandra was employed by Anchor Glass for over 40 years. She excelled in painting and ceramics. She was an avid gardener and animal lover.
Mom always had a smile and a joke to share.
