Shannon Leigh Denney

Shannon Leigh Denney was born at Jacksonville's Baptist
Hospital 51 years ago but was suddenly taken from us at her
home in Jacksonville's San Marco on December 11 th 2020.
Shannon was currently employed by Florida Blue in
Jacksonville, FL. She was quick witted with a spirited sense of
humor, artistic and intelligent. She had such a loving heart. Her
great big eyes, wonderful smile and fantastic laugh will be
missed by many. Shannon had a soft spot for animals of any
kind, but especially old Dallas Cat. She was preceded in death
by her father, Douglas Denney, stepfather John H. Parsons and
is survived by her mother, Cecile Bignon Parsons, daughter
Katie Herz, her many aunts and uncles including Norman Lopez,
Mary Anne Bignon Lopez, Richard Bignon, Peggy Bignon and
Mike Denney. Please make donations to the American Heart
