Sylvia A. Loudin

Sylvia A. Loudin, 57 of Jacksonville, Florida passed away February 8, 2017. She was preceded in death by her mother Erika Perkins, step father William Perkins, her father Harold Millsap and her beloved uncle, Glen Dillard. She is survived by her ba'shert Katrina Bryant; siblings Carmen Souther, Eric Loudin (Lynn Bishop); nephews Morgan Souther, Evan (Brittany) Souther; and great nephew Ryland Souther. Sylvia was owner and operator of Sparkle & Shine Cleaning Service for over 30 years. A true "one of a kind" with an infectious laugh and a heart of gold. She lived life to the fullest always lending helping hands to others in their times of need. Sylvia was taken from us too soon, she will be forever loved and missed.
