Taylor had many Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins who she loved so very much. She was so proud of her family and told endless stories of them wherever she was. She knew so much about the illness she lived with, Cystic Fibrosis. There was always a running joke that "Taylor could write her own orders" at the hospital in Augusta where she spent most of her time growing up. She was very deeply involved in her Cystic Fibrosis Community and was a great role model to many. She loved her Cysters and Fibros.
Taylor fought the battle with Cystic Fibrosis for 25 years. She was a Double Lung Transplant survivor of 2 years. Taylor & her family were eternally grateful to her Donar Family who gave her this precious two years. Taylor loved life. She loved the ocean and believed in Mermaids. She was always our Salty Mermaid, as we called her. Taylor loved her fur babies, Bear, her Maine Coon Cat and Finnley, her Blond Long Hair Daschund. Finnley was registered as her Emotional Support Dog and helped greatly several times while Taylor was in the hospital.
Taylor had a deep personal faith in God. As she left this world she smiled the most beautiful smile as she stepped into heaven. She will be missed by us all. We will see her one day in heaven and what a reunion that will be.
