Thomas Woloshchuk has reached a peaceful ending to his journey at the age of 75. After a long battle with Parkinson's disease he has reached his end on April 4, 2019. He was fortunate to pass in the loving environment of the Community Hospice in Jacksonville, Florida. Tom was born on March 25, 1944 in Springfield Massachusetts. Son of the late Mike Woloshchuk and Anna Lucewich Woloshchuk. Tom attended public schools in the Springfield area graduating from Trade High School in 1962.

Tom honorably served in the National Guards and he began a career in building houses following his graduation from high school. In 1969 he then started Woloshchuk Enterprise a trucking and excavation business. After a lifetime of hard work Tom retired in 2005 to his farm in Starke, Florida.

Tom is proceeded in death by his influential Uncles: George Lucewich and Stephen Woloshchuk. These men served as great role models.

Tom is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Candace D. Woloshchuk. His two sisters Olga (Ralph) Bell and Anna Woloshchuk. He was a father of four successful children and two stepdaughters: Michael (Wendy), Debra Mozzicato, Paul (Michelle), John, Amy Frederick and Jennifer (Dave) Holden. Later in life he became the grandfather of 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Private family services will be held.
