Wanda Ellison Mullane

Wanda Ellison Mullane, aged 66 years, passed away on December 18th, 2018 in her home surrounded by family. Born in Greensboro, NC to Robert Ellison Sr. (deceased) and Lydia Sparklin, she graduated from Ben L. Smith High School and attended Guilford Tech Institute. In October 1978, Wanda met her one true love, Kevin, and they began a life together that has lasted thru the time of her death. The family moved to Jacksonville in 1981 and settled in the Mandarin area. Wanda is survived by her husband and partner in life of 40 years Kevin Mullane, her mother Lydia Sparklin of North Myrtle Beach, siblings Robert Ellison Jr, Helen Collins (Lindo) of Liberty NC. And James Ellison; daughters Dana Miller and Jennifer Zappas (Michael); grandchildren Scott Michael Miller, William Alex Miller, Braden Mathew and Zoe Elizabeth Zappas.
A Mass will be held on January 19, 2019 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Mandarin, followed by a reception. (location yet to be determined)
