Dobbins, William Richard, born on 6/2/1980 in Philadelphia, PA, passed on 3/2/2021. He moved to Jacksonville in 1995, attended Episcopal HS where he swam competitively, graduated from Flagler College with honors and received his law degree from the Univ. of Miami. Honored in the "Who's Who among Students in Universities" in 2006. He was an avid Hurricane Fan!
Bill loved boating, fishing, swimming, surfing � anything to do with the water. He spent many summers as an ocean lifeguard in Wildwood, NJ. In recent years, he was often seen paddling on the Ortega River with his beloved daughter. Bill also enjoyed outdoor grilling for friends. Bill's great smile, good nature and outgoing personality were embraced by those who knew him. He leaves behind his precious daughter, Reagan Dobbins, his parents and two sisters.
This summer Bill's ashes will be cast on the waves of the Atlantic, the ocean he loved, in two private ceremonies for close family and friends.
